House hunt! Make your list of must-haves vs. nice-to-haves. Tour homes to get a feel for layouts and styles. Be ready to act quickly if you find "the one"..

Make an offer. I will help you decide on a competitive price. Offers may include important contingencies for your protection as a buyer (financing, appraisal, inspection).

Schedule your home inspection.
